Our Cycling & pizza tour is centered around the Bay of Naples, this bike ride is all about discovery. For some, that means taking it easy and we offer electric bikes and shorter routes and simply enjoying the gorgeous scenery of Naples Bay and Greek Towns like Cuma, Baia and Pozzuoli but without making much effort. For others, it means prove themselves that you are capable of cycling up to Posillipo Hill and Virgil’s park. We will stop for lunch and eat the best pizza in the World — with more than 100 recepies available.

09.00 AM: Meeting: Welcome and Tour Briefing
Your Vesuvio Pizza and Bike Tour will start in the old Borgo Marinari where the “OVO” Egg Castle is located in the centre of Naples.

10:00 AM: Tour of Posillipo Hill and visit the scenic Virgil's Park (Parco Virgiliano or Park of Remembrance)
Enjoy views of the Vesuvio and Naples bay from the highest point in Naples and visit this tranquil oasis on top of Posillipo’s Hill with a number of terraces overlooking the Gulf of Naples.

1.00 PM: Lunch in Marechiaro and Wine Tasting
Lunch in this picturesque fisherman village of Marechiaro located in the Posillipo neighborhood of Napoli, in the 60’s it was one of the favorite spots of the Italian dolce vita. It offers well known local restaurants of the gulf, a small beach, little wooden boats, its so-called “Scoglione”” Big Rock and the famous “Fenestrella”” little window which inspired the poet and writer Salvatore di Giacomo to write the great song Marechiare.
